We were able to exchange it for a small fee as we could not get our money back, we had an in store credit. The new mattress a Restonic latex is just so bad for my husband, he cannot sleep on it. Now we are stuck with a mattress we cannot use and the store said we can only exchange once. What do we do? We are into this now for 2200.00. We cannot afford any more. we are in our late 60′s
Insist on speaking with the owner or manager of the store.
You being in your 60′s, they might be just snowballing you with some lines.
Stand your ground and tell them, you both cannot sleep on it.

If they tell you that you only can have an exchange, then find something else in the store, but have somewhere put down on your receipt that if you are not satisfied with the mattress, you have the option of returning it or exchanging it.
If they don’t want to work with you, try calling the manufacturer themselves.
If you really want to make a big stink about it, call your local news media and tell them. Some of the news media have a consumer help area, and then they can tell you what steps to take next. No business wants to be publicized negatively.
Most stores and manufacturers offer at least a 30 day refund or exchange policy.
This sound like a case of you either did not read or did not understand your comfort guarantee. In either case shame on both the store and your selves. It was up to both to select the right mattress in the first place. Second it can take 30, 60, or even 90 days to adjust to a new mattress. Many stores would not of let you reselect a new mattress that quick. I have to agree with one of your responders, can’t or won’t I don’t care what brand they are 2200.00 on virtually any brand mattress should and almost always does feel great. Most people would kill to own a mattress that nice and have to take hand me downs or buy used. I am sorry to be harse but, I have to think this is in your court not the stores unless they misled you in some way. You never gave us any reason to think that was the case here, just the fact they would not exchange it again.
