If You Have Alzheimer’s, Can You Still Use A Memory Foam Mattress?
Good question.
Here’s one: If a girl has delerium tremens (“the shakes”), how could she use a vibrator?

Ooooo….that’s wrong….but funny! Ha!
lmao! stop it!
Yes, I think that you can.
Clever play on words.
Actually patients with Alzheimers are at risk for pressure ulcers depending on their level of mobility. Any mattress that reduces pressure on the hips, coccyx, heels, elbows and back of the head is a good thing. Memory foam on the other hand, conforms to the shape of the body and does not promote repositioning by the patient. On such a mattress it is usually necessary to turn and repos. them manually. A much better idea is a low air loss mattress with alternating coils that cycle between firm and soft.
don’t see why not. lol i take care of a woman who has advanced alzheimers, only thats reality, and not funny!
That’s not funny! But it is clever…
