They have those pillows and he/she may be able to help your neck. I won't let mine snap my neck. Use to get that done, it helped, went to a different doctor who did that and didn't turn out too well. My dr is an osteopath and does adjustments ( I would NEVER trust a chiropracter, but that's just me) We finally found out I had a torn rotator cuff, and required surgery. I still have neck and shoulder spasms almost 3 yrs later. I use three pillows when i sleep, and I usually can't sleep on my left side ( thats the side i had surgery on) My top pillow is like a fiberfill, very overstuffed pillow. ( I tried the pillow you did too, no luck) I usually have to kind of scrunch it under my shoulder and neck. I take a muscle relaxer, maybe that would help you. Good luck!
