What ever you decide to wash the bed with, use the cat as an applicator! OK, that was harsh.... but, I'm not sure you will ever really get it out. There are urine and odor neutralizer sprays available at most pet stores. Depending on how much "it" soaked in, you may at least get some of the smell out. Be advised that many cats are attracted to rubber-type things in that way. Rubber-backed bath mats, foam pillows, foam-backed furniture covers - and apparently $1000 memory foam beds - are all common targets for cats. (You can buy it at Pet Smart or maybe at a vacuum store.) I would find another place to sleep for a few days and keep the cat out of the bedroom. Can you flip the mattress?
